Greetings Indiana Judo!
On behalf of the new Board of Directors, I would like to wish you a safe and prosperous New Year.
I would first of like to recognize the previous Board of Directors for the fine job they Did. Past President Mario Camacho and Past Vice-President Tabby Sprunger were instrumental in bringing in two Olympians for clinics over the past two years. Last year was Brian Olson and this year was Nick Delpopolo. They did a wonderful job. Carey mountcastle and Mike Kutis, Secretary and Treasurer respectively, were like rocks that Indiana Judo built on.Thank you all for a wonderful job.
I welcome my new Board with Vice-President Vickie Daniels, Secretary Jason Miller, and Treasurer, John P. Hampton. We are here to serve the needs of Indiana Judo.
Vickie and I have discussed at length reaching out to all Indiana Clubs to become members of Indiana Judo. With your membership not only will your club be recognized on our website, but will have a voice in Indiana Judo. This would include but not limited to, state wide workouts, special prices for clinics held by Olympians, notices for developmental tournaments and referee seminars. We have a lot of clubs in Indiana, and if we all became members, we could have a strong voice in Judo nationwide. Vickie is building a database with club contact information. So please send her your information.
